Refund policy

Sea and Shelter accepts returns on all items up to 30 days after purchase, in their original, unused, undamaged condition. Please fill out the contact information below, and we will be in touch with you about a refund, online credit, or exchange within 2-3 business days. 

If the product was damaged in transit, or in otherwise unsatisfactory condition upon arrival, please contact us and we will ship you a new item at no extra charge.
